In this option and the one below, you can specify values to use for filtering out genes from the output data set. If the percentage (specified in the following option) of samples have a detection
p-value
above the value specified in this option, the row corresponding to that gene is removed from the output data set (but not the
annotation data set
if a separate one is created).
Note
: If you did not export the Detection Pval subcolumns from BeadStudio, no filtering is performed.
