Tab-Formatted Probe Sequence File

Specify the full path and filename of the corresponding tab -formatted probe sequence file that contains probe sequences and the corresponding x - and y - coordinates to use when merging with the intensity data set imported from CEL files.

You can select Genomics > Import > Affymetrix > Download NetAffx Files from the menu to download the corresponding file for your chip type. The filename is usually ChipType _probe_tab .

Note : This file is a plain text file. You might be prompted for the file type when you navigate to choose the file.
