BIM File

Specify a .bim file. This is an extended map file that includes two extra columns corresponding to allele names. Refer to the PLINK website for additional details about this file format.

To Specify a BIM File:

Specify a Folder of Raw Files .

All of the files in the Folder of Raw Files are displayed in the Available Files field.

Examine the list of available files.

Highlight the desired file.

Click to add the highlighted file to the BIM File field, as shown below.
