Conversion for P -Values

Use this parameter to specify the conversion of the p-value . This conversion is done in order to be able to easily identify peaks representing significant p -values.

Conversion options are listed in the table below:

Options:	Description:
NegLog	Plots the log e transformed p -values.
NegLog10	Plots the log 10 transformed p -values.
(blank space)	Plots the untransformed p -values.
