Exon (Probeset) ID Variable

Specify a variable whose values indicate exons within transcript clusters . It must uniquely define rows within a transcript cluster. For Affymetrix data, this variable is usually probeset_id .

Important : If this variable is not in the Input SAS Data Set , then you must specify an Exon Annotation SAS Data Set on the Exon Anno tab that does contain this variable.

To Specify an Exon (Probeset) ID Variable:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set .

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Exon (Probeset) ID Variable field.
