Grouping Method

Use this feature to specify how the markers are to be grouped .

Options are described below. Available options might differ.

Select:	When you want:
Group by Location	To use the value in Width of Positional Group to generate groups of equal width. Groups constructed using this method can contain different numbers of markers.
Group by Number of Markers	To use the value in Number of Markers in Each Group to construct groups with equal numbers of markers. Groups generated using this method can span regions of varying size.

To Specify the Grouping Method

Select Create variable using parameters below for the Annotation Analysis Group Variable to Use to enable this field.

Select the appropriate grouping method by clicking within the appropriate radio button.
