Minimum X Chromosome Heterozygosity for Females

Use this feature to specify the minimum X- heterozygosity an individual can have to be classified as a genetic female . Individuals with more than this level of heterozygosity are considered female. By default, this parameter is set to 15 .

This value must be greater than or equal to the value specified as the maximum X chromosome heterozygosity for males.

To Specify the Minimum Allowable Heterozygosity for Females:

Either type the desired value in the text box or use the slider to adjust the value.

Tip : To change the scale of the slider, right-click on the slider and select Rescale Slider from the pop-up menu. Change the upper or lower boundaries in the window that appears, to rescale the slider and click OK .Chromosome
