Minor allele frequency at Marker Locus

Use this text box to specify the frequency of the minor allele at the Marker locus . The value entered must be between 0.0 and 1.0 . A frequency of 0.05 is specified by default.

Note : This parameter is not available unless the Marker locus is disease locus box is unchecked (if available).

To Specify the Minor Allele Frequency:

Make sure that the Marker locus is disease locus box is unchecked.

Type the minor allele frequency value in the text box.
