Minor Allele Frequency Threshold for Including SNPs

Use this parameter to specify a minimum frequency that less frequently occurring alleles at a SNP must surpass before that SNP can be included in the block process. SNPs whose minor alleles fail to meet this threshold are assigned a missing values ( . ) for the Block variable .

Note : The maximum threshold for the minor allele cannot exceed 0.5 .
