Reference Trait Value

This field is used to specify the value of the event variable that specifies the reference category.

Note : The reference variable must be a nominal variable .

By default, the first ordered category is designated as the value of the reference.

To Specify a Reference Trait Variable:

Type the value indicating the reference in the text box.

For example, in a trait variable for disease status where “1” indicates diseased and “2” indicates healthy:
