Transcript Annotation Position Variable

Select a variable indicating genetic starting position of a transcript .

When this variable is specified along with a Chromosome Variable , -log 10 p-value results are plotted by chromosome and position.

To Specify a Transcript Annotation Position Variable:

Specify a Transcript Annotation SAS Data Set .

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Transcript Annotation Position Variable field.
