Allele Characters for A (P1 line) and B (P2 line)

Enter the characters representing marker allele A (allele from P1 ) and B (allele from P2 ), separated by a space . This option applies when the Format of Marker Variables is Genotypes , Nondelimited Genotypes , or Single-Character Homozygous Genotypes .

To Specify Allele Characters for Marker Alleles A and B:

Type the characters, separated by a space , into the text field.

For example, specifying A B indicates that A represents the marker allele inherited from P1 and B is the marker allele inherited from the P2 line.
