Alpha value for Beta distribution

Specify a value greater than 0 to be the alpha parameter for the beta distribution to be evaluated at each SNP 's maximum allele frequency (MAF) for generating variant weights.

To Specify an Alpha Value:

Check the Sequence Kernel Association Test (SKAT) box.

Choose Beta density at MAF for Variant Weights .

Type a value into the Alpha value for Beta distribution text box.
