Annotation Chromosome Variable

Select a variable indicating the chromosome . When specified, this variable overrides the Chromosome Variable on the General tab (if available) . When this variable is specified along with an Annotation Position Variable , negative log 10 p-value results are plotted by chromosome and position.

To Specify an Annotation Chromosome Variable:

Specify an Annotation SAS Data Set .

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight a variable.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Annotation Chromosome Variable field, as shown below:
