New Label Specifications

Specify SAS syntax for new labels.

•	The syntax is of the form varname="label" varname2="label2" ... for as many variables as you want.

•	One label must be specified for each variable.

•	Each label must be enclosed in double quotation marks ( “” ).

•	You can specify " " as a blank label, which is the same as removing the label.
