Variables Defining Wide Column Names

Select variables whose values determine the column names in the Output Wide Data Set . The combined values must be unique for each row.

Note : If you leave this blank, the columns are named Prefix1 - Prefix n using the prefix given in the Prefix for Wide Column Names parameter, or Col1 - Col n if no prefix is specified.

To Specify Variables Defining Wide Column Names:

Specify an Input Tall Data Set .

The Available Variables field becomes populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a single variable, or hold down Ctrl while left-clicking multiple variables, from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable(s) to the Variables Defining Wide Column Names field.
