Affymetrix Annotation CSV File Input Engine

The Affymetrix Annotation CSV File Input Engine imports Affymetrix Annotation CSV files into SAS data sets by calling SAS PROC IMPORT. Input files are comma-separated and are identified by the appended .csv suffix. The resulting SAS data sets can be used as annotation data sets by JMP Genomics processes. What do I need?

One or more Affymetrix annotation files are required as input for this process. One example is the HG_U95A_trim_annot.csv file shown below.

The HG_U95A_trim_annot.csv file is a comma-separated text file that lists annotation information about the trimmed Affymetrix Latin Square Data . This file, which can be downloaded from the Affymetrix website, is included with JMP Genomics.
