3D Plot

The Spectral 3D Plot process creates plots of three-dimensional spectra.

What do I need?

One data set is required to run the Spectral 3D Plot process. This data set must be in either the tall or the stacked format and must contain data for each of the three dimensions to be plotted.

The spec_3d_example_data.sas7bdat data set is shown below. This data set is in the tall format.

The spec_3d_example_data.sas7bdat data set is located in the Sample Data\Proteomics directory.
