Gene Model Summary

Output Data

This process generates the following data sets:

Output Summary Data Set : This data set lists position-level intensity data (for example, output from the SAM Input Engine ) and summarizes it into exon and intron bins as defined by an isoform definition file in UCSC format. The mean of all intensities within a bin is computed as the output value for that bin.

Note : You can view the data in a file or data set by clicking either Open or View Subset (when the data set is very large).

•	Click Reopen Dialog to reopen the completed process dialog used to generate this output.

•	Click Close All to close all graphics windows and underlying data sets associated with the output.
