Column Contents

Running this process for the AffymetrixLatinSquareExample sample setting generates several . html tables, as shown below. Refer to the Column Contents process description for more information.

The output of this process consists of an .html file that includes the following tables:

•	High Level Data Summary: This table lists the name of the data set, the dates on which it was created and subsequently modified and the numbers and sizes of the observations and variables .

•	Engine/Host Dependent Information : This table lists the size and location of the data set and the machine on which it was generated.

•	Alphabetical List of Variables with Attributes : This table lists the name, type, length, and label for each of the variables.

•	The Specified Subset Table : This table ( a portion of which is shown below) lists the subset of the data set as specified on the process dialog .
