Merge and Transform

Running this process for the AffySurfaceSubtraction sample setting generates the Results window shown below. Refer to the Merge and Transform process description for more information.

Output Data

This process generates one data set:

Output Data Set : This data set contains the columns from both input data sets. Only the specified variables are merged and retained. Continuing the example (see Merge and Transform for details), the chips45and55_z_mtr.sas7bdat data set has been produced as the merge of the two input data sets. Notice that the Merge Key Variables have been dropped. The transformed variables are shaded red .

General

•	Click Reopen Dialog to reopen the completed process dialog used to generate this output.

•	Click Close All to close all graphics windows and underlying data sets associated with the output.
