ID Variable

Specify the variable whose values are used to identify each locus (or SNP ) or to label points in the different plots produced in this process.

To Specify an ID Variable:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set .

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the ID Variable field.
