Allele Variable

Use this field to indicate the variable whose values identify the specific allele for each of the loci.

This column must be in both the DNA Intensity Input SAS Data Set and RNA Intensity Input SAS Data Set . If your data sets were imported from Affymetrix Import Engines, you can select Allele here.

To Specify the Allele Variable:

Specify both the DNA Intensity Input SAS Data Set and RNA Intensity Input SAS Data Set .

All of the common variables in the specified data sets are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable listing the specific alleles.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Allele Variable field, as shown below:
