ID

Use this field to specify the variable from the annotation data set listing the unique identifier for each spot on the array.

The values in this variable must match the values in ID variable from the input data set that was specified in the ID Variable field on the General tab.

To Specify an ID Variable:

Specify a Platform Data Set .

All of the variables in the platform data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight one or more variables.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the ID field, as shown below:
