Log Transformation of Measurements

Use the radio buttons to select the transformation to be applied to the baseline and experimental measurements.

Options are listed in the following table:

Summary Statistic	Definition
None	• Applies no transformation to the observed values.
Log2	• Calculates and reports the log 2 value for each of the observations .
Log10	• Calculates and reports the log 10 value for each of the observations.

To Specify the Transformation to Be Applied:

Click the radio button corresponding to the transformation that you want to use.
