LSMeans Difference Set

Use this option to specify the set of LSMeans differences that you want to consider in your analysis.

Available options are described in the following table:

Option	Definition
All Pairwise Differences	Choose this option to examine differences between all possible pairs of levels. Caution : Choosing All Pairwise Differences can generate numerous differences when there are many levels in your LSMeans effects.
Simple Differences	Choose this option to investigate all differences for which only one level has changed.
Differences with a Control	Choose this option to take differences against a single reference level. Important : You must specify the reference LSMeans Control Levels below.
