Means Control Levels

Specify the mean values to use as control values, to which the values generated by all other conditions are compared.

If this field is left blank , the first level for each variable will be used as the control.

To Specify the LSMeans Control Levels:

Select Differences with a Control as the Means Difference Set for Volcano Plots to enable this option.

Type one or more levels in the text field. You must enclose each level in double quotation marks ( “” ) and separate multiple levels with spaces ( ).
