Output Ratio Data Set

The Output Ratio Data Set field is used to specify a name for the output SAS data set.

This data set, which contains both the log ratios (column names with M_ appended as a prefix) and the mean log intensities (column names with A_ appended as a prefix), is used to draw the MA Plot s .

If no name is specified, the name of the input data set, with _rar , appended as a suffix, is used by default.

To Specify an Output Name:

Left-click in the field and type a name for the output data set.

For example, type DrosophilaAging_Ratio in the text field.

The resulting data set is named: DrosophilaAging_Ratio.sas7bdat .

If you change your mind and would like to reset the field, click Clear .
