Ratio Output Data Set

Use this field to specify the name of the output data set containing the log ratio data of RNA and DNA .

If no name is specified, the name of the DNA input data set, with _asl appended as a suffix, is used by default.

To Specify an Output Name:

Left-click in the field and type a name for the output data set.

If you change your mind and would like to reset the field, click Clear .
