y -Coordinate Variable

Use this field to specify the variable whose values specify the y -coordinates for all of the spots on the microarray .

To Specify the Y -Coordinate Variable:

Specify the Coordinate Data Set .

All of the variables in the coordinate data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable listing the y -coordinates of the spots on the array.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Y-Coordinate Variable field, as shown below:
