Affected Value of Trait Variable

Use this field to specify the value of the trait variable ¹ that corresponds to affected state. For example, if the value 1 indicates “diseased” and 0 indicates “healthy”, type 1 in this field.

If left blank , the second value in the data set for the Trait variable is considered to be the affected value.
