Create output data set containing allelic transmissions

Check this box to create an output data set containing a pair of allelic transmission scores for each individual at each marker allele . This information can be used to determine counts of transmitted and untransmitted alleles.

The resulting data set is named using the output file prefix with the suffix _tdtt appended.
