Individuals to Include in Matrix

Use this option to select whether to create a kinship matrix with entries only for individuals from the same pedigree or to create a kinship matrix for all pairs of individuals.

Note : This parameter is available only when a Pedigree ID has been specified.

Select:	When you want:
Individuals in the same pedigree	To create a kinship matrix with entries only for individuals from the same pedigree.
All individuals	To create a kinship matrix with entries for all pairs of individuals.

To Specify the Individuals to Include in the Matrix:

Specify a Pedigree ID variable on the General tab.

Select the desired group by clicking within the appropriate radio button.
