Number of Clusters for Automated Compression

Use this feature to specify the number of clusters to form from the input K matrix . The K matrix is then compressed to have dimensions equal to this value.

Specifying a higher number of clusters equates to minimal compression while a low number of clusters groups many samples together and yields high compression.

Note : This field is enabled only when the Automated Compression Method is selected.
