Number of Reconfigurations

Use this option to specify the number of reconfigurations for the simulated annealing search method ( SCHEDULE= option of PROC HTSNP).

When 0 is specified, the default value of 100 x (number of markers) is used.

Note : This parameter is active only when SimAnneal is selected as the Search Method .

To Specify the Number of Reconfigurations:

Make sure that SimAnneal has been selected as the Search Method .

Type the desired value in the text box.
