Other Accession Number Variables

Use this field to specify additional variables across the meta-analysis that identify the accession numbers for the markers.

This field is used only when one or more of the data sets selected, after the first, uses a variable with another name for the Accession Number Variable . All variable names for the 2 nd through the last data set must be specified here.

To Specify Additional Accession Number Variables:

Type the names of the variables in the text box.

You must separate each name using a space .

For example, to specify the additional chromosome variables AccessNum_1 and AccessNum_2 , type AccessNum_1 AccessNum_2 in the text box, as shown below:
