Proportion of Informative Pairs in Strong LD greater than:

Putative blocks (regions between outer-most pair of SNPs in strong LD) must contain at least this proportion of pairs of SNPs in strong LD out of all informative pairs (pairs in strong LD or displaying historical evidence of recombination).

Decreasing this value makes the criteria for an LD block less stringent.
