Sliding Window Size

Use this parameter to specify the size of sliding window; this is the number of adjacent markers included in a haplotype if Markers is selected as the Window Size Unit or the length of window using the Annotation Location Variable .

Tip : You can specify a Sliding Window Variable on the Annotation tab to define groups of markers.

To Specify the Size of the Sliding Window:

Either type the desired value into the text field, or move the slider to the right or to the left to change the value.

Type 0 in the field to include all markers in each annotation group in forming haplotypes.

Tip : To change the scale of the slider, right-click on the slider and select Rescale Slider from the pop-up menu. Change the upper and/or lower boundaries in the window that appears, to rescale the slider and click OK .
