X-linked Marker Clause

This feature enables you to specify a clause for identifying X-linked markers, based on values of variables in the Annotation SAS Data Set . Only these markers are used for calculating heterozygosity for the purpose of determining genetic sex.

To Identify the X-linked Markers:

Specify a valid SAS expression, such as Chromosome="X" , as shown below:

If you change your mind and would like to reset the field, click Clear .

Important : You still must specify the corresponding marker variables as Marker Variables .
