LOD Threshold for Entry into the MIM Model

Use this text box to specify the LOD score threshold for determining significant quantitative trait loci ( QTLs ). You can specify a value between 1 and 10 ; 2.5 is specified by default.

The value specified here is used solely to search for main effects of the QTL.

Note : This option is available only when LOD has been selected as the Selection Criterion for QTL Main Effect Search and Drop and/or Selection Criterion for Two-way QTL Interaction Search and Drop .

To Specify the LOD Threshold

Make sure that LOD has been specified as the selection criterion.
