Number of Blocks or Replicates

Use this option to specify the number of blocks or replicates used to obtain the means for genotypes on each environment.

This information is needed in the estimation of sequential sum of squares for IPCAs from the linear-bilinear model and Lambda_i as described by Tai (1971) ¹ .

To Specify the Number of Blocks or Replicates:

Check the Input data contains means of genotypes on each environment check box.

Enter the desired value in the text box. Acceptable values range from 0 to 100.
