Specify the form of the initial output. Note the following:

•	Chromosome Color Plot requires a Chromosome Color Theme Settings File specified on the Color Theme tab. This file must be compatible with data in the Input SAS Data Set . Values of chromosome and position variables must match.

•	Transformation of Output p-Values is always -log 10 in the Chromosome Color plot.

•	If variables other than p-value variables are used, this option is automatically set to Chromosome Color plot .

To Specify the Form in Which Output Is Displayed:

To specify a form other than Chromosome Color plot , first ensure that Type of Continuous Variables to Plot (located on the General tab) is set to p-Values .

The Display Output as a: field is activated.
