Circular Display

Indicate whether to draw the chromosomes as circular . By default, the chromosomes are arranged horizontally .

When this box is not checked, the chromosomes are assumed to be linear .

To Draw the Chromosomes as Circular:

Ensure that the box is checked.

Note for JMP Genomics Browser : This check box is available only when the Display output as a: option is set to Chromosome Color Plot .
