GenBank Accession Variable

Specify the variable containing GenBank accession number . It is used to make the web search link to GenBank, UniGene, Onto-Express, and GOStat if specified.

Each row should contain one accession number.

Caution : Multiple accession numbers per row results in broken generated web links.

To Specify a GenBank Accession Variable:

Specify an Annotation SAS Data Set .

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the GenBank Accession Variable field.
