Note the following process-specific information:

Chromosome Color Theme	Specify a name for the Chromosome Color Theme Setting, to be used as a suffix in saving the name of the output settings file .
Track Creation processes	Specify the name of the track, to be used as a suffix in saving the name of the output file. It is also used as a label on plots.

To Specify a Name:

Type a name into the Name field.

If you change your mind and would like to reset the field, click Clear .
