Affection Status Coding

Select the two values of the phenotype variable if it is an affection status variable.

•	Select 1/2 if the phenotype variable only contains values 1 and 2 .

•	Select 0/1 if the phenotype variable only contains values 0 and 1 .

To Indicate the Affection Status Coding of the Phenotype Variable:

Ensure that Affection Status has been selected as the Type of Phenotype Variable .

Click the radio button corresponding to the appropriate coding.
