Allele Delimiter

Select the appropriate allele delimiter for the columns of SNPs in the Pedigree File . The selection applies to columns of marker genotypes , designated by the type “ M ” in the Data File .

To Select an Allele Delimiter:

Click the radio button corresponding to the desired delimiter.
