Baseline Variable

Indicate one variable as the baseline for normalization . If this field is left blank , specify the corresponding experimental design data set for calculating the baseline reference, below.

To Specify a Baseline Variable:

Specify a Baseline Reference SAS Data Set .

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the Baseline Reference SAS Data Set .

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click the button to add the highlighted variable to the Baseline Variable field.
