Copy Number File

Indicate the file containing the copy number values: either the Final Report file or the Paired Sample file.

To Specify a Copy Number File:

Specify a Folder of Raw Files and Type of File . A File Filter Expression is optional.

The Available Files field is automatically populated with files from the specified folder passing the specified filter.

Left-click a file from the Available Files field.

Click to add the selected file to the Copy Number File field, as shown below:
