Check this box to create separate SAS data sets containing the
SNP
information and only the columns of
B_Allele_Freq
or
Log_R_Ratio
measures. The names of these data sets are formed by using the string specified in the
Output Data Set
field with the suffixes "
_baf
" and "
_lrr
", respectively, appended.
Note
: If this box is
not
checked but either of these measures are selected to be imported, then an experimental design data set is created for each of these measures containing only the corresponding columns as values in the
ColumnName
variable
. These EDDS can be used with the combined data set, though extra columns might be included in the output data sets created by the subsequent analytical processes that are run.
